Course Maps

The swim section comprises a single lap course, with the start & finish line at

Shandon Rowing Club. The bike course is flat but technical in sections, and the run route

takes in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, as you run through the famous Gaelic Games stadium.

Swim Course

The swim section comprises a single lap course, out and back totaling 750 metres starting and finishing at Shandon Rowing Club.

Bike Course

The 20km Bike course consists of 5 x 4km laps,

flat but technical in sections.

Run Course

The 5km run starts outside the Shandon Rowing Club and follows the River Lee, then takes in the famous SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh as you run under the stands and out onto the grounds of the Gaelic Games stadium, before heading to the blue carpet finish line.

Transition 1

After completing the swim leg of the race, athletes will enter the transition area along the River Lee for Transition 1 & head out onto the bike course.

Transition 2

After completing the bike leg of the race, athletes make their way back to the transition area along the River Lee for Transition 2 & head out onto the run course.
